Is water from the Northwoods a renewable natural resource? There is an editorial in the Windor Star arguing that the Canada should consider selling the nation's fresh water.

While the editorial does not advocate the privitization of water rights it is only through private property that value can be exercised. "If history could teach us anything, it would be that private property is inextricably linked with civilization."
